Sack Pack Week 3 Preview: Who Wants It More?

After a Week 2 filled with upsets, heartbreakers, and Yahoo projections that aged worse than milk in the sun, the Sack Pack turns the page to Week 3. Matchups are heating up, rivalries are brewing, and some teams already look desperate for redemption.

Here’s what’s on tap this week:

• Astrocats vs Go Birds
  The Cats are riding high after clawing down the Scumbags, but can they ground the Birds? Or will Go Birds finally get their wings after last week’s stumble?
• Lollipop Guild vs Scumbags
  Guild is coming off a lineup that basically shit the field, while the Scumbags are still licking their wounds from a close loss. Somebody’s gotta bounce back here…
• Red Hot Lover vs Convicts
  Lover is fresh off the biggest blowout of the season, but Convicts squeaked out an ugly win last week. Fire vs grit. Heat vs concrete. Who cracks first?
• Mean Hawks vs Amazons
  The Hawks barely put up points in Week 2, while the Amazons couldn’t conquer Regis Island. Both need a rebound in a big way—expect feathers and arrows everywhere.
• RG3POs vs Snoochie Boochies
  RG3POs are feeling good after shutting down the Birds, but Snoochie is still salty about losing by less than a point. Revenge mission, or droid domination?
• Ixian Machines vs Fighting Fistula
  Machines pulled off the tightest win of Week 2, while Fistula shocked the Bradys with a monster score. This could be a sleeper “game of the week.”
• Shady Bradys vs Regis Island
  Bradys got punched in the ass by the Fistula, and now they’re up against the Island. Will Regis keep building its empire, or will it be back sipping piña coladas on the beach?
