Confirm Participation
Ready to tackle another season? As the Sack Pack Fantasy Football League gears up for the 2024 season, we need to know if you’re in or out. Please give us a quick “I’m in” or “Count me out” to the Commissioner by August 1st.

Draft Day
Mark your calendars for the most exciting day of the year—Draft Day! This year, it’s set for Saturday, August 24, kicking off at 3 PM sharp in the Commissioner’s garage. We recommend showing up around 2:30 PM to get settled, chat strategy, and maybe talk a little smack. While we’d love to see your smiling faces in person, it’s not mandatory. But if you can’t make it, please set or send a proxy. Otherwise, your team will be drafted round-robin style by the rest of us, and who knows what kind of chaos that could bring! Please let us know if you’re attending Draft Day or not when you confirm your participation for the season. 

Draft Order
Just like last year, we’re determining the draft order with an online Royal Rumble! We’re running a simulation using WWE2K23 on our Twitch channel. Each member of Sack Pack will be assigned a character in the Royal Rumble simulation based on the order in which they enter the Rumble. Entry is determined by our 2023 season results. If we have any new members, seniority will be used instead. So, Go Birds will be assigned the first entrant because they were first in the league standings at the end of last season. The game won’t let us set any number we want for entrants, so we have to use a 20-person Royal Rumble. We’ll assign past players simply as fillers and their results will be ignored in our draft order determinations. Draft order will be determined by opposite Royal Rumble simulation eliminations. For example, the first eliminated is the last in our draft order. The last eliminated (last person standing in the ring and therefore the winner of the Royal Rumble) will be the 1st in our draft order. For those of you unfamiliar with professional wrestling and the Royal Rumble, this may seem confusing at first, but I assure you it’s all very simple. We did this last year and it was a lot of fun. This event will take place on Wednesday, August 21 at 8 PM ET on our Twitch channel: twitch.tv/sackpackff and results will be posted as soon as possible. If you’d like to participate in the chatter, be in our Discord at the time of the event. If we need to reschedule, we will let you know as soon as we can. We will do our best to upload the video to our YouTube channel afterwards for those that cannot make it live but would like to verify the results.

League Fee
The league fee for this season is $25. I’m not dealing with all the weird change this year. You can send it through PayPal or bring it in cash at the draft. Remember, you must pay the league fee before you can draft. Failure to pay the league fee before the draft begins will result in your team being chosen via round robin by the rest of the league. I can assure you, they will not be kind.
